Beth has been a Physical Therapist for 20 years. A graduate of Armstrong Atlantic State University in Savannah, GA, Beth has spent her career treating and leading in a variety of therapy settings. She has led multi-site and multi-state companies where she developed strong teams, industry leading programs and therapies ranging from sports medicine to pelvic floor therapy. Beth loves developing teams and team leaders that are Empowered to grow and develop their skills, business and teams.

Beth enjoys being active and has participated in numerous triathlons, half-marathons, adventure races and cycling events. She is a strong supporter of the National MS Society and participates in events to bring awareness to this important cause.

Kevin has been a Physical Therapist for over 30 years, graduating from The University of Indianapolis. Most of his Physical Therapy Career has been in Outpatient Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. He has managed Multi-Site Multi-State Companies where he developed Team Leaders that were Empowered to grow and develop Skills, Business, Teams and Programs.

Kevin also serves as a Physical Therapists for USA Hockey since 1999 where he has been part of 22+ National Teams including the 2020 Silver Medal Youth Olympic Team.

Peter Behnke is a licensed Physical Therapist who started his career as a Board Certified Sports Physical Therapist with a degree in both Physical Therapy and Athletic Training. His management experience includes Outpatient Physical Therapy, Outpatient Imaging, and he contributed significantly to the evolution of Integrated Worksite Services supporting the value of bringing clinical healthcare services to the patient. Pete is also a serial entrepreneur involved in a variety of ventures in and around the Healthcare and Insurance Industry. His role at NEXT Therapy Solutions is to support the front line efforts of the NEXT Therapy Solutions clinical team and further drive strategy so that the company’s desire to “Empower People to Achieve Results” is realized and visible to all current and future stakeholders. When not at work Pete enjoys warm weather and outdoor activities like running, fishing and time at the beach.
